The 5 KM Run

Starts at approximately 6:30 PM - 350 yards south of the DeRuyter Central School
The last runners of the Half-Marathon that started at 6:15 pm need to clear our path.

This loop course starts by the cemetery. It goes north to the DeRuyter Central School and on past the fairgrounds.

Then on to the village four corners and straight up the infamous "South Hill."

There will be a water station near the top and once you crest the hill it you will have a continuous declining slope all the way to the finish.

You will re-cross the start line and finish at the fairgrounds. You may now enjoy refreshments and fun at the Firemen's Fair.

Registration and parking is at the school.
There is post-registration. You can register as early as 4 pm.
